"Duplicate Email Found" error message when adding a new trainee

If you receive this error when you are trying to add a new trainee to the system, it means that the email address is already in the system - either as an active or archived user.

You can check to see if they are Active or Archived by clicking Users on the Left Navigation.

1. While in Users, next to the Search Box, click Advanced Filters or Filters.

2. If Filters have been set, click “Filters” button.  

3. Under "State" select "Any" and click search.

4. Now all users, active and archived, will appear. Type in the name or email of the trainee in the search box. Under the status column you will see active or archived.
