Occasionally, we get reports of emails not arriving. If you are experiencing a similar issue, please do the following:
- confirm your email address is entered correctly (typos are the most common issue we see)
- check your spam filter
- if you find an email in your spam folder, please mark it as "not Spam". That will typically keep future messages from ending up there
- Ask your email server or system Administrator to "whitelist email from mindflash.com". This will allow emails being blocked on the server level to arrive in the Trainee's email box.
If you have done all of the above and you are still not receiving messages, send us an email to email@example.com and we will help you figure out what is going on.
