How can I customize the emails that Mindflash sends out?

If you want to add any additional text to emails that Mindflash sends out, it is easy to do this. You can customize text for:

  • Invitation emails
  • Reminder emails
  • Completion emails

Courses

To customize the text for course emails, go to the “Settings” tab of the course. Then click “Edit”. Under the “Emails” section, click on the Pencil icon to add additional text.

 

 

 

You will be able to customize your message easily for all emails: Invitation, Reminder, and Completion.

 

Series

To customize the text for Series emails, go to the “Settings” tab of the Series. Then click “Edit”. Click the Pencil icon to add additional text.

 

 

Note: If you would like complete control over the content and style of invitation emails, you can change the course to Public, copy the course or series URL, and use that in your own email program. If you choose "email a link to your course" or "email a link to your series," then it will open the default email system on your computer.

This is found in the “Settings” tab. Next, click “Edit” and then under the “Share Your Course/Series”, select Public.

 

 

Important Note: When a course or series is made Public, anyone with that link will be able to register for the course. Also, Mindflash will not be able to send reminder emails to people you email directly.
