Select Users from the Left Navigation, and then you can decide which user(s) you want to invite to in regards to courses/series. The options are as follows:
- You can filter your selection by using the Advanced Filter section
- You can automatically select all the trainees you would like to invite to a course/series, using the "Select All" box
Once you have selected the users you want to invite, click the “Invite” button at the top, right of the Users page.
A pop-up will appear that will allow you to select the Courses/Live Trainings/Series you would like to invite them to take.
Once the Courses, Live Training, or Series have been selected, click “Invite to x Courses”. Next, click “done. Mindflash will send each user an invitation email to all selected users for every course/series you selected.
