Admin/Trainer roles must log into from the Invitation wizard with MF admin/trainer accounts in order to send invites

  • All users in Salesforce that will need access to send invitations to courses will also need a Mindflash Administrator or Trainer account.  Please refer to this help doc on how to create and assign Trainer accounts.
  • When the user is logged into Salesforce, they will need to click on the “Invitation Wizard” tab and log in with their Mindflash Administrator, or Trainer account credentials.  Once a successful login occurs, they will be able to send invites to courses and series.
